Christ Our Redeemer Seminary is seeking a Dean of Mentoring to provide spiritual, theological, and administrative leadership for the CORS mentoring program and Biblical Counseling Department. The Dean of Mentoring will recruit, train, coach, and supervise mentors and the mentoring program, as well as develop and lead a biblical counseling department that includes a certificate program, an ABC certification program, and a master’s degree program.

GRADUATE PROFESSOR & ASSISTANT ACADEMIC DEAN POSTED 1.8.25

AUBURN, ALABAMA 

Christ Our Redeemer Seminary is seeking a full-time Graduate Professor and Assistant Academic Dean to teach graduate courses and assist in academic leadership. The ideal candidate will have an area of expertise in biblical studies, theology, or missiology and will also be able to teach a broad range of courses for our master’s degree programs. This ideal candidate will also have strong gifts and experience in administrative leadership to assist the Academic Dean in overseeing CORS programs and serving the teaching faculty.


Internships & Residencies


Christ Our Redeemer Seminary partners with local churches and ministries to provide leadership development pathways for aspiring leaders. While each opportunity is different, they allow people to participate in our training programs while gaining on-the job ministry experience.


  • Internships tend to be shorter (~1 year), have a lighter work load, and aim to help people discern the Lord's calling.
  • Residencies tend to be 2-3 years long, have significant ministry responsibilities, and are more focused on preparing people for vocational ministry.

CIRCLES COACH

The Circles Coach is a leader whose primary role is to work within the Circles community, supporting Circle Leaders, Allies, and volunteers. The Coach is the person on whom participants and volunteers call when they have questions or concerns within the Circles community. The Coach has experience working with diverse socio-economic communities, a deep knowledge of poverty, skills in community organizing and volunteer management, and an awareness of the social service resources in the community.
